Kandi Koated Independent Consultant
I became an Independent Consultant with Kandi Koated Cosmetics in November 2016, inspired by the leadership and vision of Kandi Burruss. (YES THE KANDI) As a dynamic businesswoman, she has created a platform that empowers everyday individuals to step into entrepreneurship and build something of their own.
At the time, I was also embracing a new chapter in my life as an autism mom, which made flexibility and purpose more important than ever. Becoming a consultant allowed me to create a schedule that supported my family while pursuing my passion for beauty, confidence, and women’s empowerment.
Today, I am proud to help other women feel confident in their skin while encouraging them to take control of their own journeys—personally and professionally.

Meet The CEO
Faces With Grace was founded by Tracey Lynell, a full-time flight attendant, devoted wife, proud mother of three, and loving “Gigi” to two grandsons. She is also a woman of deep compassion, known for her heart of gold.
After the loss of her father in September 2025, Tracey stepped into an even greater role of strength and love, becoming a dedicated caregiver to her mother and her only sister. This chapter of her life further shaped her purpose—grounding her in resilience, grace, and service to others.
In addition to her many roles, Tracey is also an autism mom to her youngest child, a journey that has deepened her patience, strength, and commitment to creating a life rooted in flexibility, love, and purpose.
As she approached 50, Tracey began to notice changes in her skin and wanted solutions that felt both effective and empowering. This personal journey inspired her to create Faces With Grace—a space designed for women 45+ to feel confident, radiant, and supported in their skincare journey.
With access to the amazing products from the luxury cosmetic brand Kandi Koated by Kandi Burruss, Tracey is able to provide high-quality skincare solutions that help women look and feel their best.
While serving her customers at 35,000 feet, Tracey embodies her philosophy that aging with grace is her runway—carrying confidence, beauty, and purpose wherever she goes.
Through curated skincare routines and her signature “Cleansing & Cocktails” experiences, Tracey brings women together in an atmosphere filled with R&B vibes, connection, and sisterhood. She also offers retreat-style, customized parties designed to fit every budget, creating memorable, elevated experiences for women from all walks of life.
Her mission is to build a global community of like-minded women who uplift, collaborate, and embrace aging with grace and confidence.
